Florida Networks Net LLC operates as a Medical Management Company. We coordinate medical care for our clients across a network of independent third-party providers in Florida, which may include:
- MD / Primary Care physicians
- Orthopedic surgeons
- Chiropractors
- Physical therapists
- MRI and medical imaging centers
- Neurologists
Where a client requests it, we may also connect the client with a vetted South Florida personal injury attorney from our network. All such attorneys are independent professionals; the attorney-client relationship is solely between the client and the attorney.
Our role is to match clients with appropriate providers, schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate documentation between providers, attorneys, and any partner firms involved in the client's case.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or insurance guidance. All professional services are provided solely by the independent third-party providers in our network.
3. Messaging
3.1 How We Communicate
We primarily communicate with clients via WhatsApp at +1 (305) 496-1185, by email, and through our website. By initiating contact with us through any of these channels, you consent to receive related messages from Florida Networks Net LLC concerning your care and our services.
3.2 Nature of Messages
Messages from Florida Networks Net LLC may include:
- Intake questions to coordinate the right care
- Provider matching information and contact details
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up
- Replies to your inbound inquiries
3.3 Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies based on your case and your interaction with our team. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier or messaging app may apply. Florida Networks Net LLC does not charge a fee for messages.
3.4 Stopping Messages
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP in a WhatsApp conversation with us, blocking our number, or emailing floridanetworks123@gmail.com. We will not send further messages after a request to stop.
4. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are located in or seeking medical care coordination within the state of Florida
- Are seeking to be matched with licensed healthcare providers in our network
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, consistent with applicable law.
5. No Medical or Legal Advice
Florida Networks Net LLC provides care-coordination services only. Nothing on our website, in our messages, or from our staff constitutes:
- Medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare advice
- Legal advice or attorney-client relationship
- Insurance advice or claims assistance
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician regarding medical conditions, and consult a licensed attorney for legal matters. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.
6. Network Providers
The MDs, orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, imaging centers, and neurologists in our network are independent third parties. Florida Networks Net LLC does not employ, supervise, or control these providers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any professional services provided
- Any acts or omissions of network providers
- Any disputes between you and a network provider
- Billing, insurance claims, or treatment decisions made by network providers
Your relationship with any network provider is governed by a separate agreement between you and that provider.
7. Letter of Protection (LOP)
Some providers in our network offer services under a Letter of Protection (LOP), which means payment may be deferred until resolution of a related personal injury claim. Florida Networks Net LLC does not administer, issue, or guarantee LOPs. The terms of any LOP are strictly between you, the treating provider, and any attorney representing you.
8. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use our messaging channels to send spam, abuse, or harassing messages
- Attempt to access our systems without authorization
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the operation of our services or networks
9. Intellectual Property
All content on floridanetworks.net — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Florida Networks Net LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE COORDINATION OF CARE WILL RESULT IN SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT, MEDICAL, OR LEGAL OUTCOMES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, FLORIDA NETWORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO SERVICES PROVIDED BY NETWORK PROVIDERS OR PARTNER FIRMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Networks Net LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at floridanetworks.net/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Florida Networks Net LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject matter.
